SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Kanuka Rise Limited (Lake Hāwea Station). The following terms apply to all orders placed through our website and outline our shipping and returns policies.

Shipping information

Shipping fees

We offer the following options within New Zealand:

  • NZ Domestic Shipping – $12.00 NZD
  • NZ Rural Shipping – $17.00 NZD
  • NZ Domestic Shipping (Blanket) – $28.00 NZD
  • NZ Rural Shipping (Blanket) – $34.00 NZD

Processing & delivery
  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on courier service and location.

Third-party suppliers

We do not use third-party fulfilment providers. All orders are shipped directly from Kanuka Rise Limited.

Customs & international shipping
  • We primarily ship within New Zealand.
  • International shipping may be available upon request.
  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Order pickups

We do not offer in-store or curbside pickups.

Delayed orders

If delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. Customers may cancel their order for a full refund if the delay exceeds a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping restrictions
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • International shipping may be available on request.

Additional information
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by weather, courier delays, or peak seasons.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Orders delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses will not be reimbursed for shipping costs.

Returns policy

Returns
  • Returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in new condition, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Refunds only (no exchanges or store credit).

Return process
  1. Email living@lakehaweastation.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
  2. Securely pack your item in original packaging and include proof of purchase.
  3. Send your return to:

  • Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

Refunds
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear.
  • Customers will be notified by email once refunds are processed.

Exceptions
  • Defective or damaged products will be refunded or replaced.
  • Gift cards and personalised items are non-returnable.
  • Returns are accepted only for purchases made through our official website.
